1.1 Introduction: MARK Food Ltd. (MFL) is retail and wholesale bakery industry that will locate in Chittagong city which is the second largest city in Bangladesh. The Project Plan of MFL is to attain and maintain the interest of our customers with the board variety of Bakery products, Pastries, Cookies, Toast, Bread, Bun, Chanachur, chips, Jar Biscuits etc. 1.2 THE COMPANY MFL is incorporated in the city of Bangladesh with the of 1 crore. We have 100 shares of 20-30 shareholders, 1 Lac/each. Our Industry will equally own (as per share quantity) and manage by our shareholders. The shareholders represent sales/Management and finance/administration areas respectively.
